Today we’re talking about setting 90-day goals.  Whether it’s in your mental, emotional, physical, financial, or relational health, let's get clear on where you want to challenge yourself.  Ask yourself where you’re currently at in that space and be honest.  If you don’t know or can’t be honest about where you’re starting at, then you likely won’t reach your destination.  Let’s say you want to improve your physical health, do you just turn to diet and exercise?  There are so many internal health components to consider.  Get detailed.  When’s the last time you had a physical with blood work done? Start with all the information, then you can take the guesswork out of nutrition and supplements.  Don’t be vague and say you just want to look better.  Make sure your goal is specific, measurable, and has a time constraint.  Where will the next 90 days take you?
