The more consistent you are, the more successful you can be. Unfortunately, many of us look for that home run. We want to overcome years or even a lifetime of bad habits in the course of days or weeks. Inevitably, when it doesn’t happen, we blame the process rather than the approach. We get discouraged and give up rather than looking at why things didn’t work.
