Coaching is defined as prompting or urging someone with instructions. There are a lot of coaches and coaching programs out there, but not all are created equal. Jesse points out that most coaching programs are more like motivational sessions. They're not specific to anyone, and it's done in a group environment with the coach controlling most of the conversation. When asked if they ever get 1-on-1 coaching in their group, 98% say no. Habit Based Lifestyle does things a bit differently; while it's a group setting, clients get an opportunity for customized coaching. While group coaching can give you the knowledge, customized coaching will provide you with a path and plan for your specific issue. When you can really dive into the individual problem and get actionable specifics, you can develop a personal plan of action suited to you. Hype and motivation will not get the job done.
