Have you noticed that everyone seems to want to be a coach these days? People will get a certification and immediately think that they're a trainer or a coach, when in reality they're just running around without a plan giving out free advice. The truth is, giving out free advice isn't coaching. Giving advice only becomes coaching when you get paid to do so. Why? People don't value free. So what happens when you start getting paid for coaching? Certainty.
