We’re still early in the new year and people are focused on setting goals.  There’s one huge, fundamental problem that Jesse see’s when it comes to creating goals.  Lots of coaches and gurus out there will tell you it’s all about the what and the why.  But what about the how?  Every time Jesse hired someone, he found they knew what to do and why they were doing it, but they didn’t know how to break it down and get there.  This was a big reason for Jesse to create The Habit Based Lifestyle.  He was passionate about sharing the framework he uses to get a deep understanding of how to get what he wants.  Having a what and a why will only get you about 20% to your goal.  It’s the system of how that will double or triple your chances for success.
