As we near the end of 2021, Jesse is sharing his top 5 lessons he’s learned in each area of health.  In the first part of this special two part episodes, we’ll look at the top 5 lessons inside of physical, mental, and relational health.  Jesse is a firm believer that your health is your responsibility. In 2022 Jesse plans to do more physical challenges to push himself.  In regard to his mental health, Jesse says it’s all about the basics, like how you communicate with yourself.  If you’re not getting what you want with your current thoughts, stories, and beliefs, it’s time to change them.  Relational health can be a little tougher since it involves another person, but Jesse is ready for growth in his marriage.  In 2022, he plans to make praying with his wife a priority. Next episode, we’ll talk about Jesse’s business and spiritual plans for the new year.
