Have you ever been told that mindset is everything? Jesse is here to tell you that while it’s important, it’s not everything. Our mindset gets us started, but it’s only 1/4 of the pie. In order to make a true transformation, you need to include your body, your heart, and your faith. Your mindset is only your thoughts and external beliefs; you need more than that. Your body is your skill set that physically propels you forward. Your heart is your passion and purpose, it fuels your goals. Your faith is your trust and intuition, it keeps you committed before you see results. When one or more is lacking you may see some changes, but you won’t experience a full transformation that lasts. So, the next time someone tries to tell you that mindset is everything, challenge them to prove that these other traits aren’t just as important.
