In the last episode, we talked about Jesse’s top 3 business habits, but that business wouldn’t be if it weren’t for his lifestyle habits. Jesse has been very consistent with and committed to lifestyle first, business second. Honing in on the lifestyle you desire and deserve will help you build a business to support it. 

Caleb offers that his top lifestyle habits have been exercising daily as well as journaling daily. He says it helps him to stay connected and powerful. Jesse agrees wholeheartedly that self-reflection is essential and a great way to go from victim to creator in your life. While a victim passes the blame and waits for someone else to solve the problem, the creator builds the life they desire by being proactive and solution-focused.  There is no ‘waking up on the wrong side of the bed’ when you realize you’re responsible for making the bed.
