With the current situation, wearing a mask is one of the essential guidelines given to the population. However, people are getting the notion that as long as they have covers worn, they can do anything they want, and their health stays at 100%. The reality is that no matter what precautions you take or how many supplements you drink; you don’t entirely protect yourself, especially if you still make the wrong, unhealthy choices (with food, lifestyle, etc.). A mask can only do so much, but entirely, your health and well-being will always depend on your decisions and choices in life. Everyone should stop blaming the situation for their poor life decisions and start focusing on a healthier path.
