How do you define hard work?  For much of my life, I defined hard work as physical labor.  It seemed to be the theme of every summer from high school through college.  As I got older, it became working long hours.  Today I wonder, why do either of these classify as hard work?  The truth is, much of what people consider hard work is simply wasted energy, time, and effort.  We put in all this time into things we don’t really want to do and in the end with up with results we didn’t really want in the first place.  Today I’m going to explore this concept of hard work and how you can make changes in your life to stop working harder and start working smarter.
