Insecurity is a subject that’s rarely talked about.  People ultimately don’t like to open up because it makes them feel vulnerable and unsure of themselves.  The unfortunate thing about a habit of insecurity is the negative aspects of it tend to snowball over time.  So how do we take control of insecurity and grow from it?  We have to overcome the stories we’re creating in our own minds that are fostering the insecurity.  Many times, the stories aren’t even remotely true.  Listen to find out how I’ve dealt with this habit in my own life, how I eventually grew out of it in my relationship with my wife, and how you can do the same.
