Before you say it, I know I already did an episode on
gratitude. One of the beautiful things about life and living
a Habit Based Lifestyle is that if you’re constantly building your
habits, you will acquire new tools and tricks. Since the
original episode, I’ve grown. I’ve come to realize that
there is a model of creating gratitude by moving outside of simply
being grateful and shifting your state of being. This one
might tax your mind a little bit, but it can completely shift your
outlook by stepping into the gratitude you will feel when you
become the person you envision.
