Our identity is a mixture of what others believe us to be and what we believe ourselves to be.  This leads many of us to be trapped in an identity that doesn’t represent who we really are.  I’ve been there before myself.  From steroid user to being known as the personal trainer, I’ve had to shed multiple identities in my life.  These identities were keeping me from being who I wanted to be.  Listen to hear how I evolved by ditching the identity’s that weren’t serving me, and how you can do the same.
