Habit Based Lifestyle

When it comes to coaching, which is better: one on one or group? That depends on where you’re at in your coaching journey and what you’re looking to accomplish.  There are pros and cons to both that Jesse is going to go over today.  If you’re new to coaching, you might want to stick to one on one to begin with until you get your framework and systems really dialed in.  You probably don’t want to stay there, though, as it’s not as scalable or as profitable.  A small group is a great next step, where it can feel like everyone is in it together.  The most scalable and profitable would be a one to many approach.  You can sign people up at any given time, and there’s a competitive atmosphere that drives people’s success. You can still offer some small group or one on one coaching support in addition.
