Jesse often gets asked how he stays so committed to his goals.  He’s going to share the specific framework that he uses in five simple steps.  It starts with knowing what you want more than what you don’t want.  How often do you focus on what you don’t want, only to have more of it?  Change your focus to what you want to manifest.  Next, ask yourself why.  Why do you want to achieve this specific goal?  How will reaching your goal change your life?  A lot of times, our why is what will drive us and keep us committed.  Once you have your why, focus on the routine, not on the results.  Results take time, break them down into smaller chunks and a daily routine.  Is your environment prepared for success?  Get rid of distractions and temptations.  Finally, check in with yourself daily and reward yourself along the way.
