When most people think about creating a new habit, they only think of the major habit they are trying to establish. Take working out as an example. You can’t work out on a consistent basis if you don’t get up early enough in the morning. It’s also going to be much harder for you to work out if you come to the gym dehydrated. All of these smaller support habits are what give us the ability to consistently build the larger habit. Today, I’m going to teach you how to identify your support habits and how to connect them to your cascade habits.
