Today Jesse is giving us three ways to master our mindset.  If our mindset isn’t in the right place we’ll be plagued by limiting beliefs.  We have to exercise our mind just like we exercise our physical body.  If you’re struggling with confidence, resilience, or fear, that's negative beliefs and thoughts getting in your way.  We have to train our mind like a muscle.  Ask yourself how much time you invest into your mental fitness daily.  What habits are you doing to invest in that daily fitness?  Where is your focus?  Did you know 80-85% of our thoughts are on the past?  We need to be present in the moment and actively creating the life we want.  Make sure you're investing in yourself and your thoughts and focus.  Are your habits helping or hindering you?
