Today I’m thrilled to be joined by my special guest, Mike Hollins. Mike is a former drug addict who used sugar to wean himself off drugs.  It turns out Mike then had to get himself out of this newly created sugar dependency, and thus was born.  For the last 30 years, Mike has lived his life sugar-free.  Now he’s using his own transformation and experiences to coach others in their recovery from addiction.  We dive into why it’s possible to get addicted to anything and why addiction isn’t about the substance, it’s about the feeling it elicits.  Listen to learn strategies that will help you overcome addiction or eliminate bad habits and improve your life.
